  Starter plans begin with essential training and platform setup. Pro and Powerhouse add leadership development, workshops, strategy, and measurement. You only pay for what you need—and we handle the heavy lifting.

• How is user count calculated?

  We charge based on actual learners—not admins or one-time users. If someone logs in and engages with training, they count. If they’re just managing or viewing, they don’t. Simple.

• What happens if I exceed my user limits?

  No problem. We’ll charge you only for the additional active users—no forced upgrades. If growth continues, we’ll suggest moving to the next tier when it makes financial sense.

• How long are contract commitments?

  We offer flexible contract options. Most of our clients choose a 1, 2, or 3 year plan, but we’re happy to explore custom terms based on your budget cycle and goals.
